We are offering some amendments to our terms and conditions for bookings made after 4 July 2020, so that you can go ahead and book a dreamy alpine holiday with the confidence that you can alter your dates or receive a full refund if COVID-19 prevents you from reaching your destination.

Balance due date, reduced from 8 weeks to 4 weeks prior to check-in (will reduced to 2 weeks if there is uncertainty at the time)

Who are we offering this to?
All new summer bookings (from 15th May 2020) are eligible, as are all Winter 2021 bookings. Your chalet booking will be protected, should you need to cancel your booking as a result of COVID-19 travel restrictions in France or from your country of departure (see full terms & conditions). Please get in touch for confirmation of eligible properties.
