Chalet Cleo is the perfect chalet for families looking for a beautiful and convenient location. At only 600m from the ‘Grand Massif Express’ (GME), it is one of the only full-size chalets to be located within such close proximity to the ski lift.
This cosy family home provides accommodation for 10 (12) guests in 5 bedrooms, with 3 bathrooms.
The Living / Dining area on the ground floor features an open fireplace, top of the range television with Soundbar, Sonos audio system and access straight onto the terrace outside – perfect for an après-ski drink with glorious snow-capped views of the Criou. The dining area can be extended to suit smaller or larger group sizes. Rest your fondue-filled bellies on the comfortable sofas after dinner and enjoy the crackling fire.

The basement features a brand new Games Room with billiards table, dartboard, floorgames, a bar and a 55″ television with ceiling mounted speakers ! The basement also provides access to the Swedish Sauna, perfect to relax after a day on the slopes !
There are five bedrooms, including 2 double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, 2 twin bedrooms and a Bunk bedroom sleeping 2. We can also, upon request, provide extra bed configurations for up to 2 further guests (a supplementary tarif does apply).
Parking: There is a large driveway that is suitable for at least 4 cars.

Location
Chalet Cleo is conveniently located in the Samoens village and in close walking distance to the high speed ‘GME’ lift connecting you to the Grand Massif ski domain in winter, which boasts some of the best skiing in the world. Suitable for all levels, there is over 275km of piste to explore and plenty of off-piste for more advanced skiers. In the summer, this area is a hub for adventure sports such as hiking, mountain biking, climbing and paragliding.

Samoens Centre: 850m; Ski Lift: 600m (7 mins walk); Geneva Airport: 80km (1hr 15); Paris: 600km (6hrs+); London: 1,000km (12hrs+)
A car is useful, but not essential at this chalet. You may opt for a transfer service directly from Geneva Airport, which will take you directly to the chalet. Not Included: Local Tourist Taxes (Taxe de Séjour), calculated at €4, per adult, per night.
Pet Fee: Pets must be declared at the time of booking, with details including age, breed, size and temperament. A charge of €100 will apply (see more in policies below).
Extra Charges: For bookings above 10 guests, or where the study is requested as an extra bedroom (king-size sofa bed), there will be an additional charge of €50 per person.

Changeover day for the chalet is Saturday… However please ask if you’d like a different arrival day as we can sometimes be flexible
Security Deposit amount is €1,000 (or £1,000) – Payable by Bank Transfer before arrival
Rental payments can be paid in 2 instalments – a 30% deposit is required at the time of booking, the 70% balance will be due 60 days before arrival.
Pet Policy: We are dog-friendly and can accept up to 2 small/medium, well behaved & house trained dogs at an extra charge of €100 per stay. We ask that all furry guests are kept out of bedrooms and prevented from climbing onto furniture. All dog litter should be removed from exterior spaces (garden, porch, patio and green spaces around the property). Pets must be declared at the time of booking, with details including age, breed, size and temperament.
